Dragoons yesterday, Grenadiers today. Mount up, close with the enemy, dismount, fight. The principle has been the same for four hundred years, only today the horse runs on tracks. If you work like that, you don’t wait for a gap to open. You make one.

On the back a dragoon rides in the middle of a tank track, above him “Dran / Drauf / Drüber” (at them, on them, over them), below “Mechanized Infantry. Breaking enemy lines since 1620”. 1620 is the year of the Battle of White Mountain. Dragoons fought there as mounted infantry: mobile in the saddle, dismounted in the fight. The Panzergrenadiere in the Marder and the Puma come from that line. The front carries just a small print on the left chest.

Printed by hand in Germany in a special screen printing process. The ink sinks deep into the fibre. No print that feels like a plastic plate, nothing sticks, nothing cracks, even after many washes.

The olive fabric is light, pre-washed cotton, combed and ring-spun, 145 grams per square metre. It sits soft on the skin, breathes and adds no bulk under a jacket or vest. The cut sits clean on shoulders and chest without being tight. A woven label is sewn onto the sleeve. Order your usual size.

Soldiers. It all started in 2023 during the evacuation operation in Sudan. Because an evacuation like that happens at short notice, there were no deployment shirts. So we designed our own and sold them at cost within the Fallschirmjäger regiment. Designs, crests and flags for all kinds of units followed.

Today we design for Fallschirmjäger, Gebirgsjäger, Jäger, Panzergrenadiere and Pioniere. You’ll find troop language and details here that only those who have served know.

The goods must be unused and in their original packaging, clothing with the hang tag attached. Your money is back no later than ten working days after we’ve checked the return. We can’t take back custom orders or gift cards.
