Description

PIONIER SHIRT - Aut viam inveniam, aut faciam

Where the road ends, your work begins. Clear wire, dig trenches, build bridges, and when nothing else works, you blast. Combat engineers don’t wait for a way to turn up. They make one.

That is exactly what you carry on your back: “Aut viam inveniam, aut faciam”, I will find a way, or I will make one. Above it Saint Barbara, patron saint of combat engineers, with a wreath of barbed wire around her head. Behind her, pickaxe and sapper’s axe cross. The axe was the mark of the sappers, who in the old armies drove the trenches right up to the enemy position. You know what the line means. You live it every day.

The design is printed in two colours, black and bordeaux, on the sand-coloured fabric, by hand in Germany, in a special screen printing process. The ink sinks deep into the fibre. You won’t feel the print on your skin, and it doesn’t crack even after many washes.

The fabric is light, pre-washed cotton, combed and ring-spun, 145 grams per square metre. It drapes softly, breathes and adds no bulk under a jacket or vest. The cut sits clean on shoulders and chest without being tight. Order your usual size.

That gives you a shirt for duty, for training and for after hours. It takes dust, sweat and the washing machine and stays with you after your service is over. One you keep reaching for in the morning.

At Predator Customs we care a lot about good packaging. Your shirt arrives neatly folded and individually packed in our own shipping bag. That also makes it a strong gift for a comrade.

The run is 300 pieces. There will be no reprint.

Pairs with: the Pionier Flag, the Saint Barbara Pionier Patch and the Pionier Premium Lasercut Patch.

The best shirt you’ve ever had. By soldiers, for soldiers.

Frequently asked questions

Which size should I order?

Your usual one. The cut is masculine and straight, neither fitted nor oversized. If you like it a little looser, go one size up. And if it still doesn’t fit, we’ll swap it directly.

How does the shirt feel?

Light and soft. You’re wearing 100 percent combed, ring-spun cotton at 145 grams per square metre, pre-washed. It doesn’t bulk up under a jacket or vest, and it keeps its shape after washing.

From a German review: “Just an awesome shirt that I wear with pride at lots of training sessions in the gym.”

What if the size doesn’t fit after all?

Then we swap it directly, no need to place a new order. Email info@predator-customs.com with your order number and the size you need. The item must be unworn, with the hang tag attached and in its original packaging.

From a German review: “Exchanged without any problems.”

Does the print survive washing?

Yes, and it lasts a very long time. Every piece is printed by hand in Germany using a special screen printing process. The ink soaks into the fibre, whereas vinyl and digital prints only sit on top. That’s why nothing cracks or peels on ours, even after many washes.

From a German review: “the print can take a real beating”.

Can I get this design anywhere else?

No. Our designs are created here, drawn by hand and without AI. Every detail is drawn, not generated. You can only get them from us, so you won’t run into your design on every corner.

Is this print-on-demand?

No. Every piece is printed by hand in Germany as a full run before you order. So instead of a cheap print churned out somewhere at the push of a button after your click, you get stock from our shelf that we’ve had in our own hands before it ships.

Who is behind Predator Customs?

Soldiers. It all started in 2023 during the evacuation operation in Sudan. Because an evacuation like that happens at short notice, there were no deployment shirts. So we designed our own and sold them at cost within the Fallschirmjäger regiment. Designs, crests and flags for all kinds of units followed.

Today we design for Fallschirmjäger, Gebirgsjäger, Jäger, Panzergrenadiere and Pioniere. You’ll find troop language and details here that only those who have served know.

Our base is Günztalstraße 5, 87761 Lauben-Frickenhausen, in Germany’s Allgäu region.

Does this make a good gift?

Yes. If you’re unsure about size or design, go for the gift card worth 25, 50 or 100 euros. It arrives as a real card by post.

Can I send it back if I don’t like it?

Yes, you have 30 days, on top of your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Just email info@predator-customs.com with your order number first, and you’ll get the details for the return.

The goods must be unused and in their original packaging, clothing with the hang tag attached. Your money is back no later than ten working days after we’ve checked the return. We can’t take back custom orders or gift cards.

Can’t find your question? Email info@predator-customs.com and you’ll get an answer from us personally.
